Our Vision

We envision a world where every young adult with a disability—regardless of where they live—has access to the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. A world where their potential is recognized, their dreams are nurtured, and their transitions into adulthood are met with dignity, purpose, and possibility.

Our Mission

At PathCraft, our mission is to empower young adults with disabilities—especially in underserved rural communities—by creating personalized pathways to independence, employment, and confidence.   Rooted in empathy, experience, and purpose, we provide tailored support, job coaching, and transition services that recognize each individual’s unique strengths and potential. We are committed to changing lives—not by checking boxes, but by building bridges to brighter futures, one student at a time.
